Ultrasonic welding fuses thermoplastic parts directly. For sealed housings it removes the adhesive cure step, the screw bosses and the fasteners themselves — which removes cost, assembly time and a common field-failure mode at once.

Assembly questions
What is ultrasonic welding used for?
High-frequency vibration melts the interface between two thermoplastic parts so they fuse together. It seals an assembly without adhesives, screws or clips — fewer components, no cure time, no adhesive to fail in service, and a joint that can be made in under a second.
Can you assemble parts you did not mold?
Assembly, finishing and packing can be quoted as standalone operations as well as part of a full molding program. Tell us what arrives and what has to leave the building and we will scope it.
Do you handle metal components too?
Yes. Aluminium fabrication runs alongside the molded parts, so mixed-material assemblies do not need a separate metal supplier and a separate inbound quality check.
Can parts ship retail-ready?
Yes. Final QC, packing and retail-ready presentation are the last stage of the process, so parts leave the building finished and boxed rather than going on to a separate packing operation.
How many assembly lines do you run?
