Precision injection
manufacturing since 1989.
35+ years of precision injection molding from an 18,000 m² site in Tainan City, Taiwan, with 12,300 m² of production floor, 87 production and finishing machines, and more than 200 active patents globally.

A vertically integrated manufacturer
DAPY Industries is a contract manufacturer: we build to our clients’ specifications rather than selling a catalogue. What distinguishes the operation is how much of the chain sits inside one building.
Product development, mold development, injection and blow molding, secondary processing, assembly and packaging all run on the same floor. No core production step is subcontracted, which means quality accountability never divides at a supplier boundary and lead time is not spent on transit between vendors.
The fleet spans 160 to 1,360 tons across thirty injection presses. That range is unusual: most contract molders commit to either high-cavitation small-part work or large-format structural parts. Covering both means a client’s full portfolio can stay with one supplier as a program scales.
The material library reflects the same breadth. Optical-clarity resins such as Tritan, PCTG and acrylic run alongside abrasive glass-filled engineering resins like PBT+GF — two disciplines that pull tooling and process in opposite directions and rarely share a shop.
Output runs at roughly 125,000 units per week and 6.5 million units per year, for clients including Target, LVMH, Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, Nestlé, TYC and John Lewis.
A state-of-the-art plant in Tainan
Five injection differentiators that matter
Full-spectrum tonnage range
160–1,360 tons across 30 machines. One facility runs everything from high-cavitation tooling to large-format structural parts.
Dual-domain material expertise
Optical-clarity resins (Tritan, PCTG, acrylic) and glass-filled engineering resins (PBT+GF, POM) run in the same shop — a combination most contract molders don’t offer.
High-cavitation efficiency
30 machines support multi-cavity tooling for cost-efficient, high-volume small-part production.
Extreme wall thickness capability
Thick-section, heavy-wall parts are within standard capability, opening up structural and heavy-duty designs other molders turn away.
Tight tolerance across part classes
The same fleet holds precise, repeatable tolerances on both cosmetic, high-gloss consumer parts and structural, glass-filled engineering parts.
