Contracts are signed with DAPY’s French company (DO SAS) or its US company (DAPY USA), depending on where you are based and where the parts are delivered.

The facility
Tooling, molding, finishing and assembly on one platform
Product development, mold development, injection and blow molding, secondary processing, assembly and packaging are coordinated within the same platform, with output of around 125,000 units a week and more than 6.5 million a year.

Injection differentiators
Full-spectrum tonnage
160 to 1,360 tons across 30 presses, so high-cavitation small parts and large structural parts run on one platform.
Clear and engineering resins
Optical-clarity resins (Tritan, PCTG, acrylic) and glass-filled engineering resins (PBT+GF, POM) run on the same platform.
High-cavitation efficiency
Multi-cavity tooling for cost-efficient, high-volume small-part production.
Heavy-wall sections
Thick-section parts up to 60 mm wall, for structural and heavy-duty designs.
Tolerance across part classes
Repeatable tolerances on cosmetic, high-gloss consumer parts and on structural, glass-filled engineering parts.
